Steps for cancelling your Premium membership
To cancel your Premium membership at the end of the contract term, your cancellation must be received by us in writing by the deadline. The cancellation period is one month before the end of the contract term.
To cancel online via the customer portal:
- Log in: In your profile, go to "My profile -> Data & settings -> My membership".
- Self-Service Login: Click on the "Self-Service Login" button marked in red. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the subject "Your access to the LemonSwan customer portal".
- To the customer portal: Click on the red button "To the LemonSwan customer portal" in the e-mail. You will be redirected automatically.
- Contract details: You can view your payment method and contract details in the customer portal.
- Cancellation: Click on the contract you wish to cancel and select "Term & deadlines". There you will find the "Cancel contract" button. Click on it to carry out the cancellation.

You can also submit your letter of termination via the contact form in the Service Centre or by post.
