Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily recover it. Enter www.lemonswan.de in your browser. Click on "Member login" at the top right and then on "Forgotten login details" under the login button.
Then you can follow the steps to request a new password. We will send you a personalized access to your profile by e-mail so that you can renew your password.
Tips for a secure password:
- Choose at least eight to ten characters
- Mix upper and lower case letters
- Choose at least one number
- Use punctuation marks and special characters
- Please do not use umlauts
- Avoid simple passwords that have a strong connection to you, such as family names, birthdays or the names of your children.
