Deleting your profile as a basic member
Before you delete your LemonSwan profile, please bear in mind that a deleted profile can never be restored. All messages and partner suggestions will be permanently and irrevocably removed.
Steps to delete your profile:
Log in to your LemonSwan profile with your registered email address.
Call up your personal data & settings.
Under "My membership", click on "Delete account" and follow the further instructions.
Note: You will be asked for your service password during the deletion process. You can find all the information about the service password here.
Re-registration:
If you want to use LemonSwan again in the future, you can register again and go through the personality test to create a new profile.
Deleting your profile as a Premium member
To delete your LemonSwan profile as a Premium Member, please contact our customer service at tuersteherinnen@lemonswan.com.
Verification: Please verify yourself with your box number and your service password.
Important: Deleting your Premium profile is not the same as cancelling your membership at the end of your term.
